United Kingdom: 2-3 business days – we ship most items with Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48. You’ll receive an email once your item has been shipped with tracking details (please check your junk mail for this).

Europe: 5-9 business days

North America 5-7 working days

Rest of the World 7-12 working days

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs

We will gladly accept returns if you are not delighted with your products.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange your return. Unless your item is faulty only the cost of the item will be refunded – postage will not be refunded to customer.

Personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
